Hi, I’m Lily Azlan, a Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Massage Therapist based in Kota Damansara, offering personalised session according to mother's body condition & recovery needs. 

I bring a safe, gentle, and relaxing massage experience right to your doorstep — designed to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and support your emotional well-being during your journey in recovery.

I work independently, not under any spa chain. Every session is personalized, calm, and focused entirely on you and your baby’s comfort.

My Post Natal Massage Treatment delivers the specialist care and skilled touch vital for a great recovery after birth. It also offers you precious time to rest, recover & recharge to help you maintain a positive state of health & well being.

Here’s some info about my postnatal massage service 💆‍♀️


📌 When to start:

– 2 weeks after normal delivery or miscarriage

– 4–6 weeks after C-section


💆‍♀️ Session details:

Each session is 90 minutes full body massage (excluding breast area), specially tailored for postnatal recovery with hot compress on the abdominal area.

Other add-on services available:

– Breast massage (RM50 per session)

(Add-on charges apply)


🕓 Schedule:

Twice a week — either 10:00 AM or 4:00 PM (subject to availability)


💰 Packages:

– 3 sessions → RM488

– 6 sessions → RM888

– 10 sessions → RM1388

Sorry, I dont do single session postnatal massage.


💵 Booking Deposit:

RM150 (non-refundable).

Balance to be paid in full on the 1st day of treatment.

Kindly note: if you cancel after booking, the deposit will not be refunded.

Elmina, Subang Jaya, Kelana Jaya, Seksyen 14 PJ, Seksyen 16 PJ, SS2 PJ, Bukit Damansara, Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas, Denai Alam, Cahaya SPK, Setia Alam, Bukit Jelutong, Puncak Perdana.

You may choose to have your massage at my home studio at Kasturi Idaman Condo in Kota Damansara. (Sorry, No Walk In - By Appointment Only). Free visitor parking available.
