📌I'm using Therapeutic Grade Fractionated Coconut Oil + essential oil (Doterra / Young Living) . Its a safe oil for breastfeeding moms. The texture is very light & easily absorbed by the skin.
📌Massage will be done on your bed. Note that your bed & pillows will be covered with my blankets & towels. No worries of stains or smell. Ready a room with a temperature comfortable for you.
📌The massage suitable for 4-6 weeks after Csec, or 2 weeks after normal deliver. It is a 90 minutes full body massage (except breast area) tailored for postnatal with hot compress on the abdominal area.
📌Massage will be scheduled twice a week.
